When you think of a calendar, what comes to your mind????? One thing is for sure, calendars help us to get an understanding of what is coming in the days, weeks, and months ahead; and also how crucial they are to our everyday existence!
canUmeet sole motive is to remove the pain of scheduling that any individual faces while scheduling appointment. One of its feature is to connect your canUmeet account to your Officer calendar and never miss your booked events. This knowledge base focuses on how to connect your canUmeet account with Office365 calendar.

Once you are completed with the signup and login process, you are now on the DASHBOARD page. Just to make sure that we are on the same page, refer to the screenshot below. Now, on the middle left side on the Dashboard Page we can see an Integration tab. Click on it.

Once you click, you are now viewing canUmeet integration page. In the integration column, we can see three types of integration:
- Payment Apps
- Calendar Apps
- Other Apps
Select Calendar Apps from the list and click on it.

This is the Calendar Integration page where you are going to connect your canUmeet account with your favourite Calendar app.

You are now redirected to calendar integrations page that canUmeet provides. Select Office365 from the list of calendar integrations provided and click on blue colour CONNECT button.

When you click Connect , you are now redirected to outlook account page, where it asks to enter the email address and password. Once you have filled up with your Outlook details click on Sign In.

Allow access to canUmeet by clicking on blue colour Allow button.

Kudos!! Great work. Your canUmeet account is now connected to your Office365 calendar.

You are on the canUmeet page where it shows that your account is successfully connected to your Office365 calendar.

You can now see set of options that are required to set before you continue using it which are

Check Calendar for conflict: It will be a blunder if you get more than one meeting scheduled at same time on same date. To overcome that blunder, canUmeet has introduced conflict checking mechanism. Conflict checking is one of the most exciting features at canUmeet. Once you are connected to your Office 365 Calendar, others can see only the time in which you are available and free for the event. In short if you enable this option, you can prevent double bookings.

Add New Events to Calendar: In this option you can select which calendar you want to add your new event. Click on the arrow where a drop down menu appears that lists your calendar. You are free to enable or disable this option as per your choice.

Finally click on SAVE button for the above changes to take effect.

Supposedly, you have added a new calendar in your Office365 account and you wish to reflect this newly created calendar on your canUmeet account. You just have to head to Settings and click on the Refresh button, and then perform changes as per your requirement and click on SAVE again.

Now at any point of time, if you want to change the settings you previously created for Office365 Calendar or you would like to disconnect your Office 365 calendar, you can do so by clicking on the Settings and then Disconnect button.
